Ok, so today I have really spent most of my time on Ravelry. I added all my mom’s books, pamphlets, and magazines (well at least the ones that were in the database) to Ravelry. That took a LOOONG time. Just to start with, my mom has at least 75 knitting books, probably more, plus a lot of booklets (which most weren’t in the database) and lots of magazines. I didn’t mind doing it though — it will be SO helpful when looking for my next project! I won’t necessarily have to pull all the books off the shelves and dig through, although I probably will still!
I’ve also been adding all of my stash to my stash on Ravelry. I made a bit of progress on my camisole, too, but not much, since I’ve been so busy updating everything! I guess it’s kind of silly to worry so much about it since it is so big and will change a lot, but it’s such a nifty tool that will definitely help me stay very organized!
That’s about it for today. I had another frappuccino that I made, we’re probably going to the mall tomorrow for tax free weekend, and…yeah. It’s just been a really relaxing Saturday!
P.S: I almost forgot! Soon I will start adding little patterns and tutorials to the site for knitting and crochet! Yay!

I just got back from California, and I am already back to knitting, along with getting ready to go back to school. We got a letter in the mail today about going to a back to school orientation soon. School is still roughly four weeks away, but since we don’t get our supply list until the week before it starts, we’ve been getting back to school clothes, backpacks, lunchboxes, etc. now. I just got a few things yesterday, and am planning on going to the mall to spend a few giftcards soon.
I did finish everything but the finishing on my little cousin’s purse. We’ll probably give it to her for Christmas. I did not, however, finish my scarf, but I am almost done and I am finishing it as we speak. Er, type.
I got a present from my aunt and uncle in New York today! It’s a very nice book! I’m going to make thank you cards for all of my birthday presents tomorrow, because today I want to finish my scarf and then get started on making some sort of stash busting Christmas present. I love making stash busters so much that we really don’t have a stash left to bust. Oh dear. Oh well.
Sometime this fall I want to make a really cute little vest I found in a knitting magazine. It was in pink, and I probably wouldn’t make it in that color, but it had little designs on the sides that were pretty cute! If I don’t make that vest, I might make another. I just really want to make another vest for this fall!
We got Rowan today. I like the vest and bolero they have in there, too, along with some other things. I also love the little projects they have! I am definitely going to make lots of them! I am afraid I will not be using the real Rowan fabric for any of it because I don’t know of anywhere in the USA that sells Rowan fabric.
Lately I’ve been making up my own recipes for all sorts of smoothies. I haven’t measured anything…just poured stuff in until it seemed about right. It’s really fun! I’ve also been making tea, all that isn’t as interesting. I wonder what will happen if I attempt a tea smoothie…
I’m off to start knitting again! Be speaking with you soon!
